Commercial Manager

for a leading company specialising in international procurement within the retail and FMCG sector in

Madrid .

Analyse supplier commercial proposals and negotiation outcomes, preparing product-level recommendations and leading discussions with suppliers to secure optimal agreements.

Optimize overall commercial and financial conditions with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic objectives.

Ensure the timely execution and renewal of contractual agreements within the assigned supplier portfolio.

Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of supplier and product master data within the designated scope.

Coordinate the implementation of product listings, delistings, innovations, and assortment changes,



ensuring timely execution across different markets and business units.

Guarantee the quality and accuracy of pricing information communicated to internal stakeholders and administrative teams.

Actively participate in supplier review meetings, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous business improvement.

Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, commercial practices, and corporate governance standards in all supplier interactions.

Lead, coach, and develop team members, promoting high performance and collaboration.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, commercial, and administrative departments, to support business objectives and operational excellence.

What we are looking for

5 years of purchase of national brands FMCG.
