Process Automation Solution Architect - Your future role? As a Process Automation Solution Architect, you will design and support the implementation of enterprise-wide automation and hyper-automation solutions. Additionally, you will be an important member in the future governance for automation at Givaudan.
You will be based in Argenteuil, Barcelona, Budapest or Sant Celoni and report to the Automation Technology & Service Manager.
Your Main Responsibilities Architecture & Design
Define and maintain enterprise-level automation architecture standards and frameworks
Manage end-to-end solution architecture design across automation programs
Manage technology and business capabilities related to automation under the Enterprise Architecture framework.
Ensure understanding of enterprise architecture principles and participate in architecture governance boards
Design scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions
Architect performance and business dashboards to track value, usage, and outcomes
Delivery & Technical Oversight
Contribute hands-on to automation solution implementation
Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure quality and consistency
Participate in technology and vendor selection for RPA, Hyperautomation, and Agents platforms
Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Allow data pipelines and reporting layers to support automation performance visibility
Governance & Standards
Define development standards, frameworks, and best practices
Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements
Develop reusable components and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency
Support governance frameworks for RPA, IPA, and Hyperautomation programs
Ensure data governance and quality for dashboarding and analytics
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Guide automation developers
Engage with business and IT partners to align solutions with our needs
Be the trusted advisor for automation and Hyperautomation projects
Collaborate with business teams to define Measurements and dashboard requirements
Support capability development and maturity of the automation function
Innovation & Roadmap
Improve adoption of advanced technologies within Hyperautomation ecosystems
Help shape the automation and Hyperautomation roadmap
Evaluate latest technologies for benefits
Promote continuous improvement and innovation culture

RPA & Hyperautomation Platforms: UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate
Low-Code Platforms: Microsoft Power Platform

Process Mining: UiPath, Power Automate Process Mining
Integration: APIs, SAP, enterprise applications
Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS
Data & Analytics:
Databases: PostgreSQL, Snowflake
Dashboarding: Power BI /Tableau/ enterprise BI tools
You Have
Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience
At least 5+ years of experience in RPA, IPA,
and Hyperautomation projects
Experience with solution architecture and enterprise-scale implementations
Hands-on experience in automation delivery
Experience desiging data models and dashboards for performance monitoring and analytics
Knowledge of automation and Hyperautomation architecture patterns and frameworks
Experience with Agentic AI, AI/ML, OCR, NLP technologies
Experience with integration patterns and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ApiGee, and Kakfa)
Experience with data management, data pipelines, and analytics platforms (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
Design business and operational dashboards for automation insights
Familiarity with cloud architectures (Azure/AWS)
Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Certifications
UiPath Solution Architect / Advanced RPA Developer
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification (preferred)
