In this role, you will shape and drive the game vision in collaboration with cross-functional leads, directing tone, gameplay, and progression to deliver a cohesive AA experience. You’ll lead the design team, align on mechanics with level design, and safeguard quality and innovation. You’ll partner with Art, Tech, Data, and Production to plan resources and roadmaps, while contributing to recruitment.

- Allocate resources and roadmap in partnership with managers and producers
- Participate in recruitment of game designers

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years of experience in game design, including lead or principal positions
- Released at least two titles in lead/principal/senior roles
- Proven experience in 3Cs and gameplay systems design for PC/Console action xugodme genres
- Prototyping experience with Unity or Unreal
- Strong core design skills: meta-game, progression systems, balancing, UI/UX, level design, and narrative
- Proficient communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of gaming market and trends
- Ability to maintain a defined creative strategy while allowing for modifications
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Fluent in English
