We foster a culture of continuous growth through mentorship, internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, collaborative co-creation spaces, and opportunities to learn and certify in a variety of disciplines. Our home is Barcelona, with offices just a short walk from the beach. A place where creativity, innovation, and quality of life come together every day. Main Objective This is the entry point into the world of Product Design. The main focus is on learning, executing tasks under supervision, and becoming familiar with design processes and tools, while building a strong foundation for future professional growth. Experience: 1–3 years of experience. Responsibilities and Typical Tasks Strategic Context: Participate in strategic meetings to understand business objectives and the “why” behind product decisions. Support benchmarking and competitor analysis, and begin conceptualizing design solutions that consider both user value and business impact. Research Support: Assist in preparing materials for user research, which may include creating interview guides, organizing testing sessions, recruiting participants,
or transcribing and providing initial summaries of qualitative data. Support the creation of simple surveys when needed. Design Execution: Create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and mockups, focusing on basic structure and content while closely following existing design guidelines. This includes creating simple layouts, arranging elements on screen, and defining basic interaction flows for specific functionalities, always under the supervision of a more experienced designer. Feedback: Collect and organize feedback from users through assisted usability testing and from stakeholders during review meetings, structuring the information so it can be analyzed by the team. Maintenance: Ensure that the design components and patterns being used are up to date within the design tools and comply with the established design system. Documentation : Support the documentation of user flows, UI states — such as empty, error, and loading states — and basic design specifications to ensure developers can implement designs correctly. This includes maintaining consistency in naming conventions and the organization of design files. Collaboration: Work closely with more experienced designers, Product Managers, and developers, participating in team meetings and learning how to apply their guidance while understanding dependencies across disciplines. Essential Knowledge and Skills UI/UX Fundamentals: Basic understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
Understand why consistency and clarity are essential to creating a good user experience. Design Tools: Proficiency in at least one design and prototyping tool, with the ability to create interfaces, work with components, use auto-layout, and build navigable low-fidelity prototypes. Visual Design Principles: Basic knowledge of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and spacing to create interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately replicate existing designs and ensure visual consistency across all elements. Willingness to Learn: A proactive attitude, curiosity, and openness to receiving feedback and learning new design knowledge, methodologies, and ways of working. Valuable Knowledge and Skills Research Concepts: Familiarity with basic user research techniques, such as understanding how interviews and usability tests work, even if not yet able to lead them independently. Basic Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design ideas simply and clearly, both verbally and in writing. Curiosity: A genuine interest in understanding the “why” behind design decisions and user behavior. What do we offer? Hybrid work model. We foster team spirit! Get to know your colleagues through the in-person and virtual activities we organize regularly: PowerUps, All-Hands meetings, team-building events, and more. Work-life balance with versátil hours. We offer learning resources such as certifications, language classes, and training platforms.
