Job Responsibilities * Provide project management support for medical publication projects within the Inflammation therapeutic area. * Work with the publication platform to support focus markets and assigned projects. * Manage assigned projects on the platform, ensuring accurate real-time updates. * Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively following up with internal teams, authors, and external agencies. * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned inflammation publication projects.
* Consolidate and coordinate author and stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment and follow-through. * Support the organization and execution of medical publication workshops related to inflammatory diseases. * Ensure compliance with publication processes, standards, and timelines. * Support clear, structured communication across multiple stakeholders. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience working as a Scientific Publications Project Manager or similar roles. * Experience working in agencies or pharmaceutical companies. * Master’s degree in Biological or Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Immunology, or related fields). * Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken). * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. * Service-oriented, structured, and highly detail-focused
