Position summary:

The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of existing enterprise-level clients operating in the Luxury Fashion, Retail & Cosmetics vertical. Their prime focus is on expanding partnerships, introducing new AI-enabled and digital solutions, and increasing account value through consultative engagement. The role requires a commercially-driven professional capable of engaging Digital, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operational stakeholders in conversations around global growth, workflow modernization, and scalable content and technology solutions.
Position responsibilities:

Adopt a consultative sales approach, serving as a strategic partner for assigned clients and aligning solutions with client needs
Monitor account performance and proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities through up-selling activities
Generate new business relationships and execute cross-selling activities through proactive requests for referrals, industry networking, digital outreach, and participation in trade events




Develop an understanding of client business models and identify and pitch international growth strategies, positioning TransPerfect's AI-enabled content, technology, and integral solutions within broader digital transformation and operational initiatives
Collaborate with Production and Technology teams to support smooth implementations and contribute to client satisfaction
With the support of Management, define pricing strategies, participate in contractual discussions, and revenue forecasting with Accounting teams
Essential skills & experience required:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
Native level of French
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships
Results-oriented and comfortable working in target-driven environments
Analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (
