We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Order Processing Specialist to join our team in San Pedro de Alcántara (Málaga). This role is central to our daily operations and requires a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process orders for sales teams across Europe.
- Act as a communication hub between departments such as sales, finance, logistics, and technical support.
- Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, billing, and purchasing.
- Monitor and track stock levels, ensuring timely purchasing and availability of key items.
- Perform regular checks with departments to ensure operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized records using tools such as MS Office, Google wrokspace and sales platforms.
- Support customers throughout the sales process, providing clear and professional communication.

- Spanish: B2.
