TCR Group is seeking a General Manager to lead Metssa, our repair and maintenance JV with Groundforce in Spain, overseeing a network of 10+ workshops and about 135 technicians based in Madrid. You will report to the Regional Director Spain, Portugal & Italy, manage day-to-day operations, drive safety, standardise processes, and maintain strong relationships with customers and unions.
