We're entering an exciting new stage, with growing commercial activity, major product developments and a new brand and product experience launching this autumn. We're looking for a B2 B Marketing Manager to help us grow our audience and generate commercial opportunities across Spain and the UK. The roleWe're looking for a hands-on marketer who can turn Punto's clinical, product and commercial activity into campaigns that reach the right organisations and generate real conversations.

You'll work closely with our CEO and our commercial, clinical and product teams across B2 B campaigns, CRM, email, events, Linked In, website content and product launches. B2 B marketing will be the core of the role, but you'll also help build our consumer-facing presence around cognitive health and ageing, including launching and growing our Instagram community.

What you'll do

Own and execute Punto's B2 B marketing plan across Spain and the UK Plan campaigns for hospitals, healthcare organisations, home care providers, care homes and other partners Generate awareness, leads, demo requests and commercial conversations Work with the commercial team on priority audiences, messaging and campaigns Manage Hub Spot campaigns, newsletters, email journeys, landing pages, forms and lead segmentation Support events, conferences,



partnerships and product launches Create and coordinate content across Linked In, Instagram, email and other channels Launch and grow our Instagram presence, including Reels, Stories and community engagement Turn product developments, research, clinical collaborations, user stories and milestones into engaging content Track campaign performance, audience growth, leads and marketing-generated opportunities What we're looking forYou'll probably have around 2 to 4 years of experience in B2 B marketing, digital marketing, growth, content marketing or a related role. We're also open to someone earlier in their career who can show strong work, commercial thinking and initiative.

You should have: Experience planning and executing B2 B marketing campaigns, including CRM, email and lead-generation workflows A good understanding of how marketing supports pipeline and commercial growth Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or another CRM or marketing automation platform Strong writing, messaging and storytelling skills in English and Spanish, ideally also Catalan Experience creating content for digital channels A good understanding of Linked In as a B2 B channel and Instagram as a consumer/community channel Comfort working across both B2 B and consumer audiences A data-driven, proactive and hands-on approach Nice to have

Experience in healthcare, healthtech, ageing, care or wellness Startup or fast-growth experience Events or field marketing experience Experience with Canva, Figma, short-form video or social content Why join Punto?
