Experteer Overview
As HRIS Expert in Barcelona, you will own Workday Compensation and Talent u0026amp; Performance domains, translating people strategy into scalable processes. You will partner with Total Reward and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and continuously improve Workday solutions, ensuring governance and effective reporting. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment, manage integrations and security, and support HRIS initiatives across ERP, new entities, and Mu0026amp;A. This role offers visibility across the business, impact on people strategy, and the chance to shape scalable HR processes at Criteo.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own Workday Advanced Compensation design, configuration and improvements (merit, bonus, equity, review cycles).
• Own Workday Talent, Performance and Development processes (goal setting, reviews, calibrations, IDPs, wellbeing).
• Translate strategies into Workday processes, workflows, reporting and solutions; contribute to skills-based initiatives.
• Act as Workday SME for Compensation and Talent; advise on configuration, governance and scalable solutions.
• Lead functional delivery: discovery, design, configuration, UAT, release readiness and deployment with AMS and IT.
• Oversee technical Workday aspects:



eligibility rules, structures, calculated fields, reports, security, impacts on integrations.
• Own process documentation, governance, knowledge content; support COEs with guidance for managers and teams.
• Stay connected to Workday ecosystem; assess releases and enhancements; participate in broader HRIS/Tech projects.

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated experience in HR systems, HR Operations, Compensation and/or Talent.
• Workday certification with hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation and/or Talent u0026 Performance.
• Experience configuring Workday and delivering implementations, enhancements or optimizations.
• Understanding of Workday integrations, reporting, security roles, business processes, releases and tenant management.
• Experience in process mapping, optimization and automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority.
