Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Málaga.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, developing individualized treatment plans to support daily living skills and functional independence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structured evaluations, delivering rehabilitation and therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams, and documenting progress in accordance with organizational standards. The role also involves educating clients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices,



while maintaining clear communication with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

The Occupational

Therapist will contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help ensure that services align with Orcas Capital’s standards of professionalism, safety, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and understand complex clinical cases.
- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and professional colleagues.
- Experience or training in Pediatrics for working with children and adolescents requiring occupational therapy support.
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and valid professional licensure or eligibility to practice in Spain.
- Ability to work on-site in Málaga, manage a clinical caseload, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
- Commitment to ethical practice, attention to detail, and continuous professional development.
- Previous experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or inspection-related environments is an advantage.
