Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth across the Iberia region by supporting OEM customers with high-value engineered solutions in robotics, automation and medical technology. You will work closely with engineering teams, influence customer roadmaps and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle. This opportunity sits within Novanta’s Robotics and Automation business, enabling you to shape advanced motion control solutions for next-gen products.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and develop new OEM opportunities and build strong pipelines across assigned territories
• Generate sustainable revenue growth and execute territory growth plans
• Develop relationships with engineering, purchasing, programme management and executive stakeholders
• Understand customer roadmaps and future technology requirements and position Novanta solutions within strategic programmes




• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and support design-in activities
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals
• Forecast accurately, negotiate commercial agreements and manage opportunities in Salesforce CRM
• Drive bookings and revenue performance

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Technical sales experience within engineered products
• Experience selling to OEM customers
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Strong customer engagement and commercial skills
• CRM proficiency
