Experteer Overview In this role you own the Identity u0026amp; Access Management architecture at Factorial, building a scalable, automated identity ecosystem to support hypergrowth. You will collaborate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align access governance while deploying modern automation and AI-driven operations. You’ll shape how onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle management work at scale, ensuring secure and efficient access across the organization. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Design, configure, and maintain identities and roles across the organization • Build and operate automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows for high-volume onboarding • Align access governance policies with Legal, Security and Infrastructure teams • Leverage AI tools and agile methods to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks • Ensure SSO, application access, and lifecycle management through collaboration with Support and Systems teams • Work with IAM tech stack: Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID,
