Required Experience

- Extensive experience as a Platform Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Solution Architect in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong background designing complex integration architectures in hybrid environments (legacy and modern platforms).
- Proven experience managing transitional states during system migrations and platform modernisation initiatives.
- Experience working in business-critical, highly integrated environments with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, interface management, scalability, resilience, and operational support models.

Technical Skills
- Platform architecture and enterprise integration design.
- API-led architecture and service-oriented integration patterns.
- Cloud platforms and hybrid architectures.
- Middleware, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
- Legacy system modernisation and migration strategies.
- Security, performance, resilience, and operational excellence principles.
