Role Description

We are currently seeking a self-employed Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Mallorca.

This is a totally adaptable role, implying that you should be located in Mallorca but can work from home. You will be responsible for conducting property tours, developing marketing materials, negotiating offers, and closing sales transactions. You will maintain and develop relationships with clients throughout the sales process.





You will have access to both a practical and technical training programme and be fully accompanied by the rest of the team aswell as the largest real estate international network.

Remuneration is very attractive: high commissions with fast growth potential.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate
- Very good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Driver’s license
