Position Summary
As a Barcelona-based Google Ads consultant, you will step into an influential role as a digital growth partner helping businesses across the Dutch market achieve their online scaling goals. You will hold complete responsibility for client portfolio management—executing high-touch onboarding, maximizing platform product adoption, maintaining high retention rates, and identifying fresh expansion avenues for long-term client success.

Primary Duties
- Strategic Onboarding: Onboard newly acquired clients effectively by uncovering core business targets and translating them into targeted digital ad strategies.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain proactive touchpoints with decision-makers,



showcasing positive campaign performance and identifying opportunities for ad spend expansion.
- Campaign Optimization: Build out, manage, and continuously upgrade Google Ads accounts by refining bid structures, updating copy, and micro-targeting target demographics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate performance reporting metrics to provide actionable optimization advice aimed at maximizing client ROAS.
- Pipeline Management: Keep accurate notes on client discussions, open support tasks, and deal stages logged inside enterprise CRM environments.
- Regional Feedback: Feed valuable observations regarding Dutch commercial trends and cultural nuances back to internal product and marketing units.

Applicant Profile
- Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent command of Dutch along with fluent professional English capability.
- Background: Experience in client-facing B2B account management, digital media consulting, or sales environments supported by CRM tools.
