Overview
As Electronics Hardware Test Engineer, you validate electronic hardware to ensure quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You lead functional, environmental, EMC, RF, digital, analog, and power electronics testing, using simulations, test methods, and automation to detect and fix design issues. You contribute to robust product development through design-for-testing and environmental compliance efforts, with a clear impact on product quality and customer satisfaction. You work autonomously with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute validation plans for electronic hardware
- Perform functional, environmental, EMC, RF, digital, analog, and power electronics testing
- Apply simulations, test methods, and testbench development; utilize test automation and debugging to resolve issues
- Ensure regulatory adherence and optimal system performance
- Support Design for Testing, Design for Safety & Reliability,
Environmental Compliance Assessment, and Standardization & Compliance activities
- Prepare detailed test reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead technical meetings, communicate results, and align stakeholders on solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design verification and product development efforts
Requisitos principales
- Experienced in measurement, simulation, and automation tools for hardware testing
- Strong focus on impact of testing on product quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work autonomously with specialized hardware testing knowledge
- Effective written and spoken English; ability to communicate in an international environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to external laboratories, customer sites, and manufacturing facilities
