On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join a general project. Start Date: September or October Working Model: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite at the customer office in Barcelona) Specific Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development. Proven technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and complex integrations. Strong CI/CD & Dev Ops experience: Proven track record in automated deployment pipelines, release management, and Salesforce Dev Ops tools (e.g., Copado, Auto RABIT, SFDX, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or similar). Advanced Version Control & QA: Solid knowledge of Git version control (branching strategies, code reviews, PRs, merge/integration conflict resolution) alongside structured QA practices. Technical Leadership: Ability to set architectural and development standards, manage deployment risks, and mentor dev teams through release cycles. Language: English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is essential.
