We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. The role will support Agile teams working on data driven initiatives, ensuring effective delivery, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

The position is based in Barcelona, with a hybrid working model, and requires fluent English due to the international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Coach and support teams in applying Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
- Remove impediments and proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies and organizational blockers.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization and effective Sprint preparation.
- Track delivery progress using appropriate Agile metrics and promote transparency across stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between business, data and technology teams in an international environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in team organization, delivery processes and Agile maturity.
- Coordinate dependencies with other teams and contribute to cross team planning when required.

Required Experience & Skills

- Solid professional experience as a Scrum Master within complex IT or digital environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with practical experience supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed and international teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from Barcelona.

Highly Valued
- Previous experience working in Data Management, Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Data Governance or Data & Analytics environments will be particularly valued.




- Experience facilitating Agile delivery involving data engineers, data analysts, architects and business stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
