In this role you lead MedTech Complaints implementations for Veeva’s customers, guiding transformation of complaints management processes and configuring Vault for enterprise use. You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions that drive quality and regulatory compliance. The position supports a fast-moving, customer-centric Professional Services group and offers remote work within the EU/UK.

You’ll play a key part in expanding adoption of Veeva Vault while advancing continuous improvement post-implementation.

Responsabilidades

- Lead QMS Complaints implementation workstreams for MedTech Quality Management solutions
- Act as primary liaison between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties




- Analyze requirements and product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices in post-implementation programs

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in Complaints Management for Medical Device
- Strong understanding of FDA, EU MDR/IVDR requirements and Reporting
- Knowledge of CAPA, Nonconformance and Risk Management relationships
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 14971, FDA 21CFR parts 803, 820, 822, 806, EU GMP Annex 11
- Proven ability to work independently and in teams in fast-moving environments
- Good understanding xugodme of SaaS and GxP principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare spaces
- Experience with Data or Content Management applications
