Overview As Category Manager for Stamping, Machining, and Die Casting you lead the global ETO procurement strategy for a €160M portfolio, spanning Europe and international plants. You shape category strategy, align regional priorities with global COE, and drive supplier resilience, negotiations, and long-term capability. You partner with cross-functional teams to secure supply security, cost competitiveness, and growth. Compensaciones / Beneficios * annual bonus * company car * health care * pension fund contribution * Medicover package * WESOP (share option) Responsabilidades * Build 3–5 year category strategy and APOP deployment * Define category strategies aligned with plant, product, local and general requirements * Conduct demand and risk assessments to anticipate capacity and supplier readiness * Coordinate cross-functional strategy execution across G ETO plants * Lead critical supplier escalations and ensure timely resolutions * Lead negotiations for MSAs, capacity agreements, and long-term commitments * Drive supplier engagement through SRM and executive reviews * Drive YoY productivity via negotiation, supplier changes, QVE and better payment terms * Oversee SBO projects to balance strategic partners,



challengers and local players * Coordinate sustainability initiatives and ensure supplier compliance with policies Requisitos principales * Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field * 10+ years in strategic procurement and category management in a complex industrial/ETO environment * Ability to define and execute short- and long-term category and supplier strategies * Strong business acumen to drive growth, competitiveness, and profitability * Analytical mindset with expertise in market intelligence, cost analysis, risk management, data-driven decisions * Strong negotiation and influencing skills across organizational levels * Excellent communication and executive presentation skills * Proven leadership in matrix and cross-functional environments * Advanced digital and AI proficiency including GenAI, analytics, automation in procurement * Passion for innovation, customer focus, and end-to-end supply chain perspective * Adaptability, learning agility, and resilience * Structured, results-oriented execution attitude * Negotiation * Stakeholder management * Cross-functional collaboration * Market intelligence * Cost analysis * Risk management
