Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Construction We are currently partnering with a global leading General Contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Data Centre development in Barcelona, covering the full project lifecycle from structural works through to MEP completion and handover.

About the Project Our client is delivering a major data centre development with a sequenced build approach — structural works (CSA) first, followed by MEP installation across two subsequent stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a mission‑critical project from the ground up, working with a market‑leading contractor at the forefront of the data centre sector.

The Role

- Planning and scheduling
- Cost management
- Document control
- Procurement




- Feasibility studies

You will be the driving force behind the project's execution — ensuring it's delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating closely with client stakeholders, design teams, and subcontractors. xugodme

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience delivering data centre projects
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years' overall industry experience
- Experience specifically within the data centre sector
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
