In this Senior Product Manager role you will drive AI product initiatives within N26’s Intelligent Operations Platforms, delivering production-grade ML and GenAI solutions at scale. You will partner with senior product leaders to align roadmaps with the company AI strategy and act as a bridge between data science and business teams to create impactful, compliant products. You’ll manage end-to-end AI lifecycles, balance velocity with banking rigor, and empower autonomous AI adoption across squads.

This is a chance to shape AI capabilities that enhance efficiency, risk governance, and customer experience in a high-volume FinTech environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Partner with senior product leadership to shape domain roadmap and align with AI strategy
- Drive measurable business impact in back-office automation, FinCrime detection, and personalized growth journeys
- Own end-to-end AI lifecycle from hypothesis through deployment and monitoring
- Translate business constraints into model requirements and evaluate architectures
- Balance rapid delivery with security, auditability, data privacy,



and reliability in a regulated bank
- Define standards, blueprints, and self-service tools to enable autonomous AI adoption across product squads

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of Product Management in a technology-driven environment with production-grade AI/ML experience
- Hands-on GenAI production experience (RAG, Agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration) and not relying on off-the-shelf tools
- Experience in high-volume, scalable domains (B2C FinTech or equivalent)
- Full AI/ML lifecycle expertise (problem scoping, data handling, training, deployment, retraining, evaluation)
- Ability xugodme to evaluate LLMs vs deterministic ML logic considering cost, latency, explainability, and accuracy
- Strong collaboration in Agile settings with awareness of GDPR, data residency, EU AI Act, risk governance and security controls
- Excellent ability to communicate complex model behavior to non-technical leadership
