As a Solutions Engineer in Cisco’s CGEM team, you will partner with account managers to articulate Cisco solutions to enterprise customers. You will lead technical demonstrations, PoCs, BoM creation, and coordinated engagement with senior engineering stakeholders to drive customer outcomes. You’ll align Cisco capabilities to business drivers, educate customers on differentiation, and help shape multi-engineering, cross-functional solutions.

This role offers impact in advancing Cisco’s Future-proofed Workplaces, AI-Ready Data Centres and Digital Resilience initiatives while working in a customer-centric, collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 7 years in pre-sales engineering with focus on Cisco Enterprise Routing u0026 Switching, Data Centre, Security and Collaboration
- Cisco product experience or knowledge of key competitors in the emphasized areas
- Deep understanding of large IT environments and applications
- Strong business acumen and customer presence
