In this role, you will lead delivery operations for large home appliances across Spain, driving end-to-end logistics and continuous improvement of warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support volume growth and ensure stable regional performance. You’ll tackle capacity planning, vendor management, and cost optimization to enable efficient, scalable delivery of white goods.
This is a hands-on, impact-driven role with a strong focus on cross-border collaboration and project execution.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Oversee end-to-end logistics for white goods including customs clearance, warehousing and distribution
- Monitor country-level performance and address key issues for regional logistics stability
- Plan warehouse and transport capacity using forecasts, PSI data, and inventory status
- Identify capacity risks and optimize warehouse network and resource allocation
- Manage daily performance of Spanish logistics vendors with KPI/SLA governance
- Conduct cost analysis across logistics to identify savings and efficiency gains
- Own or support regional projects such as new warehouse launches and innovative logistics models
- Collaborate with GTM, planning, procurement, regional delivery and HQ teams to close major operational incidents
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
- xugodme Minimum 3 years in logistics, supply chain or delivery operations
- Experience with large home-appliance or bulky-item logistics is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of Spanish local logistics (customs clearance, warehousing, distribution)
- Strong data analysis, vendor management, cost control and project execution skills
- Excellent cross-functional and cross-country communication and problem-solving abilities
- Spanish as working language
