In this role you lead the strategy for a unified audio/video ecosystem across Dow Jones consumer surfaces, internal tooling, and podcast distribution. You will drive media experiences from mobile video discovery to podcast publishing and live video, partnering with newsroom, product, and advertising teams. The role focuses on scalable, high-quality media that supports engagement and monetization. You will shape the future of media across the portfolio, delivering impact for premium audiences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and own the overarching product strategy for a unified video/audio ecosystem across consumer surfaces, internal tools, and distribution
- Integrate media experiences across Dow Jones apps and websites to create a cohesive media destination
- Advance discovery features and automated publishing tools for multi-format video and snippets
- Enhance subscriber engagement with interactive features (comments, Live Qu0026A, live polls)
- Centralize video landing pages to highlight live events and streamline discovery




- Automate internal workflows to reduce setup time for live events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with newsroom, product, and advertising to drive traffic and test monetization formats

Responsabilidades

- 12+ years of product management experience with leadership in large-scale digital media platforms, streaming tech, or news publishing products
- Experience developing strategy and operational plans for complex media ecosystems including mobile video, live streaming, and podcast distribution
- Ability to translate editorial vision into scalable product solutions for diverse xugodme user journeys
- Deep understanding of A/V platform tech including video players, MAM systems, live/VOD infrastructure, and video paywalls
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI focus on media engagement, completion rates, and subscriber retention
