As a Junior Project Manager – Business Analytics, you'll support the strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of AUTO1's Branch Real Estate & Expansion team across Europe. Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate & Expansion Europe, you will:

- Convert Data to Decisions: Query and interpret data (SQL and beyond) to track branch and expansion performance, surface trends, and turn raw numbers into clear, actionable insight for the team.
- Drive High-Impact Analysis: Take ownership of analytical workstreams within larger real estate and expansion projects, from data gathering through to recommendation.
- Build Tools: Prototype dashboards, trackers,



and lightweight internal tools — including using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code — to automate reporting and solve operational problems without waiting on engineering resources.
- Optimize Operations: Identify inefficiencies in branch or expansion processes and help design and implement scalable, data-backed improvements.
- Coordinate Initiatives: Work closely with Purchasing, Expansion, Real Estate, and other cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and moving.
