To support our teams to expand our services and offerings within Spain, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee with a strong orientation to detail and internal client.

What you’ll be doing
- Support in the definition and description of the company's profiles
- Publication of job vacancies and CV screening
- Contacting and checking candidates by phone, personal interviews and placement tests
- Support in the direct search for international profiles
- Database management and follow-up of vacancies
- Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company
- Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates
- Support in the quality area of the HR department in Barcelona
What you bring
- Degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations (completed or in process). Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.
- Minimum level of English C1
- Ability to organise and be autonomous
- Motivation, enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Must be able to sign a university agreement
