In this SDR Team Lead role, you will guide a small outbound SDR team in the UKI region from Barcelona, focusing on coaching, development, and performance. You’ll partner with Sales leadership to shape playbooks, training, and processes that drive pipeline and accelerate growth. You enable your team to master Perk’s products and deliver value to prospects. This role offers impact through cross‑functional collaboration and hands‑on coaching to elevate junior talent.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and support a team of up to 8 outbound SDRs, conducting weekly 1:1s and setting development goals
- Coach and mentor to develop skills, identify training needs, and onboard new hires
- Design and deliver engaging training (role-plays, pitch simulations, gamification) and share best practices
- Be the product expert to guide the team in delivering value to prospects




- Collaborate with SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to create playbooks, scripts, and materials
- Drive operational excellence by improving SDR processes, data accuracy, and efficiency
- Develop new prospecting techniques to grow outbound pipeline and lead generation
- Foster cross‑functional communication with Sales to align goals and strategies

Requisitos principales
- Extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development
- Managed full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Business fluency in English and familiarity with UK/Ireland business culture
- Passion for coaching and developing junior talent
- Willingness to step into management (leadership experience a plus) with strong coaching examples
- Clear communication and ability to simplify complex ideas
- Excellent listening, organization, and focus on results
