Part-time Executive Assistant | Madrid, hybrid | 20 hours per week
Pamoja Growth Partners is hiring an experienced EA to support its founder as she prepares to acquire an established business and lead it as CEO. The company has family-office backing and a long-term investment approach. The role would suit an experienced EA who enjoys keeping things organised, anticipates what needs doing and follows through. Strong experience supporting a founder or senior executive, with excellent organisation and discretion.
Fluent Spanish and English, including strong written communication. French is a plus.
Hybrid in Madrid, with regular in-person time and an agreed working schedule.
