Whether you are an experienced finance professional or a career starter with a passion for service, this is your chance to join a dynamic team in a world-class European hub.As the primary point of contact for a leading banking institution, you will help customers manage their accounts, resolve inquiries, and navigate digital platforms with precision.What You'll Do- Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with account queries, transactions, and digital banking tools.- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions.- Security & Compliance: Maintain strict data privacy standards and adhere to financial security protocols.- Language Integration: Use your Spanish skills to navigate internal systems and coordinate with local teams.What We Are Looking For- Languages: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid Spanish (Minimum B2 required).- Communication:
