Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong interest in cloud technology and cybersecurity? We are recruiting a Ukrainian-speaking Technical Sales Representative to join an international Business Development team in Barcelona. You will engage with businesses across EMEA, identify new sales opportunities and help prospective customers find the right cloud-based security solutions.

As the first point of contact for potential business customers, you will qualify prospects, understand their technical and commercial needs and guide them towards the appropriate sales solution. This is a target-driven, phone-based role focused primarily on outbound prospecting and new business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of assigned business accounts
Identifying new business and upselling opportunities
Contacting prospective customers through outbound calls and emails
Speaking with C-level decision-makers
Building rapport and identifying customer needs
Understanding business challenges and gathering technical requirements
Matching customer needs with suitable cloud and security solutions
Qualifying opportunities and progressing them to the appropriate sales team
Maintaining accurate customer and prospect information in Salesforce
Managing leads, accounts, opportunities and sales activities
Working towards individual and team targets
Achieving activity, conversion, opportunity and pipeline KPIs

You will need:

Native-level Ukrainian and Fluent English
B2B sales or business development experience
Previous outbound sales experience within the IT industry




A good understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms
Experience connecting business needs with technical solutions
Confidence making cold calls and speaking with senior decision-makers
Experience working towards sales targets and quotas
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good pipeline, time-management and prioritisation skills
Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
A proactive, organised and results-driven approach
A degree in business, technology or a related subject

Cloud certification or previous B2B cloud sales experience would be an advantage.
