WE ARE HIRING | Air Cargo Operations Coordinator – Barcelona

Punctuality International S.L., an international GSA (General Sales Agent) based in Barcelona, is looking for an experienced Air Cargo Operations Coordinator to join our growing international team.

Location: Barcelona
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Full-time position
Salary: €26,000–€33,000 gross/year, depending on experience and qualifications

Your role
You will be responsible for the daily coordination and follow-up of international air cargo operations, working closely with airlines, airport handling agents, trucking companies and our international teams.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage and follow up air cargo bookings through e-mail, WebCargo and other airline systems
• Coordinate cargo delivery and collection procedures at the airport
• Coordinate trucking and cargo pick-up arrangements
• Follow up export and import cargo collection and related airport procedures
• Monitor flights, bookings, capacity and shipment status
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents and operational partners
• Support international cargo flows between China, Spain, Europe and Latin America
• Follow up nominated / assigned cargo from China
• Handle operational incidents and ensure timely communication between all parties

What are we looking for?
Previous experience in air cargo operations, airport handling, airline or GSA/GSSA environment
Practical experience with WebCargo or other air cargo booking systems




Good knowledge of airport cargo delivery and collection procedures
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently in an international environment

Highly valued
• Hands-on airport cargo operations experience
• Previous experience with an airline or GSA/GSSA
• Experience with China–Europe air cargo operations
• Experience with Europe–Latin America cargo flows
• Chinese Mandarin – highly valued
• French – highly valued
• English communication skills
• Spanish driving licence (B)
