Because of this,



and the growth the company is undergoing, Black Bull Group, is looking for a Supplier Relationship Management Specialist to join and reinforce our SRM team. This position combines international sourcing, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiation and business support.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and develop Black Bull’s international supplier network
- Source, assess and onboard new suppliers across international markets
- Negotiate competitive rates, payment terms and commercial conditions
- Monitor supplier performance, risks and continuity
- Support Commercial with supplier sourcing and market intelligence for new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and actionable supplier information and relationship records
- Conduct supplier reviews and ensure follow-up of key actions and commitments
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations and Finance on supplier-related matters

Requisitos:

- At least 3 years’ procurement experience, strategic sourcing, supplier/vendor management or a related function
- Ideally from maritime industry, shipping agency, freight forwarding, logistics, defence support or outsourced services
- Mandatory: experience in working on or with different countries, sourcing solutions across multiple countries.
- Strong research and market-intelligence skills, particularly when sourcing solutions in unfamiliar markets or geographies.
- Experience in complex and multiple categories tender processes
- Experience of vendor auditing
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally
- Strong ethical values
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish & English
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve with operational requirements and new business opportunities.
