Experience

- 10+ years in PM, migration projects, program coordination, or service delivery roles.

- Experience managing complex application transitions or transformations.

- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.

Technical PM

Role Purpose
Act as the primary coordination point between Customer stakeholders, migration team(Google to Microsoft power platform), and the Power Platform Architect to ensure migration readiness, risk management, smooth onboarding, and successful platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate migration readiness activities across stakeholders and delivery teams.

- Track dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items.

- Facilitate governance forums, status reviews, and steering discussions.





- Ensure application onboarding follows agreed processes and standards.

- Drive issue resolution and escalation management.

- Coordinate readiness assessments, migration waves, and operational handovers.

- Maintain progress reporting, RAID log, and stakeholder communications.

- Support transition planning for long-term platform operations and support services.
