WAITER/WAITRESS WITH WINE KNOWLEDGE / SOMMELIER – IMMEDIATE STARTLouLou Bistró and MONALU, located in Antequera, Málaga, are looking to add an experienced waiter/waitress with strong wine knowledge to our team.We are looking for a professional, responsible and customer-focused person who can provide a high standard of service in two venues with a significant international clientele.Requirements:
- Previous proven experience as a waiter/waitress.
- Good knowledge of wines and experience recommending and serving wine.
- Good level of English, essential for communicating with our international customers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Confident tray handling and good knowledge of table service.
- Organised, dynamic and professional attitude.
- Immediate availability.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
We particularly value:
- Training or previous experience as a sommelier.
- Knowledge of different wines, food pairing and correct wine service.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Additional languages besides English.
