What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone and email support.
- Help customers to install and configure software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth functionality within smart home devices for a known brand.
- Communicate complex tech solutions clearly and simply to users to resolve their issues.
- Document solutions and collaborate with the team to improve overall support and provide continuous improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting (Full training will be provided).
- Native/Proficiency in English with strong communication skills (extra languages are a plus).
- A proactive, organised mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with smart home devices (e.g., smart locks, security cameras, alarm systems, etc.).
- Experience supporting international customers.
