About the Role

At Cencora, this role plays a critical part in building a high-performing, operationally ready workforce across supply chain planning, logistics, and distribution operations. You will lead the strategy and execution of training programs that prepare teams to perform effectively in fast-paced, complex operational environments.

What You’ll Do

- Lead training programs that support supply chain planning, logistics, distribution, and operational processes, helping ensure workforce readiness, standardized execution, and sustainable performance.

- Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of training curricula, learning pathways, job aids, and process documentation aligned with logistics operations, operational requirements, and business priorities.





- Drive training deployment for new processes, warehouse and distribution workflows, systems, network changes, and operational initiatives to improve adoption, reduce disruption, and support consistent execution.

- Partner closely with operations, logistics, quality, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, prioritize training needs, and align learning solutions to business objectives.

- Establish training governance, schedules, and delivery plans to support onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and recurring operational readiness needs across logistics and supply chain teams.

- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, operational performance measures, and stakeholder feedback, using data and insights to refine content, improve outcomes, and address recurring issues.

- Lead team performance, resource planning, and talent development to maintain high delivery quality, strengthen instructional capability, and support evolving operational and logistics demands.

What We’re Looking For

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business administration, education, or a related field — or equivalent experience — required

- Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business administration, education,



or a related field — or equivalent experience — preferred

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in training, learning and development, operational excellence, supply chain operations, or a related field required

- 5+ years of experience in a management capacity required
