As a Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for providing an excellent travel service internally as well as externally together with your team! Apart from managing the daily business regarding travel needs on group level, you’ll be in close contact with our external agencies to improve the cooperation and our agreements with them.

Your passion - our daily business
- You will manage national and international business travels for our employees and external parties
- You will identify most suitable as well as best quality service
- You will be responsible for communicating to travelers all information needed
- You will be the contact person with our employees to manage any travel issues
- You will invoice and manage the department's own internal documentation
- You will assist with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports
- You will assist the management team and you will help in the management of their agendas

- Higher studies in Tourism, International Business, etc. or Vocational Dual Training
- Language skills are as important as communication skills: you are fluent in Spanish and English. German and French are valued.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
- Strong organizational, analytical, social and communication skills
- Excellent handling of Outlook and MS
