Your Responsibilities Will Include...

- Clean, service, and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with company quality, presentation, and service standards.

- Replenish guest amenities, bed linens, towels, and all necessary supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

- Inspect the overall condition of guest rooms, furniture, equipment, and decorative elements, ensuring proper functionality and presentation.

- Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, defects, or repair needs identified in guest rooms or assigned areas.

- Ensure compliance with all company cleaning, hygiene, and sanitization procedures.

- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and service rooms in an organized, fully stocked, and clean condition.

- Handle and report lost and found items in accordance with established company procedures.

- Respond to guest requests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, delivering personalized and exceptional service.

- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through careful attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.

- Comply with health and safety regulations and properly use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

- Maintain the confidentiality of guest information, guest belongings, and company information at all times.

- Report accidents, incidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions following company policies and procedures.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with The Ritz-Carlton's values and service culture.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors or management.

What We Are Looking For...

- High School Diploma,



Secondary Education Certificate, or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a Housekeeping department, preferably in four-star or five-star hotels.

- Knowledge of room cleaning procedures, housekeeping operations, and hygiene standards.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

- Ability to work efficiently and in an organized manner within a fast-paced environment.

- Guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate across departments.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude.

- Physical ability to perform the duties associated with the role.

- Basic Spanish language skills; English or additional languages will be considered an advantage.

- Valid work permit for Spain.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality environments.

- Knowledge of international hospitality brand standards and luxury service expectations.

- Additional training in Housekeeping, Professional Cleaning, Hospitality, or related fields.

- Experience working with quality assurance procedures and service excellence standards.

- Knowledge of professional cleaning products, equipment, and advanced housekeeping techniques.
