Overview

In this role you shape the target architecture for customer-centric domains across web, apps, stores and contact centers. You design end-to-end data flows and a unified 360° customer view, integrating CRM, CDP, loyalty, POS and e-commerce systems. You establish API and data standards and govern non-functional architecture to support peak retail volumes. You partner with CRM, Marketing and Loyalty stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable designs, guiding delivery and governance throughout the lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

- Define target architecture for Customer Retention, Marketing, Loyalty and Customer Care across channels
- Design end-to-end data flows and canonical models for a unified customer 360 and identity
- Architect integrations between CRM, CDP, marketing automation, loyalty, POS, e-commerce and analytics
- Establish and govern API, event, and data standards (naming, versioning, schemas, security)
- Shape non-functional architecture for scalability, availability, resilience, observability and security-by-design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategies into roadmaps and solution designs
- Provide architectural guidance during discovery, design, implementation, testing,



deployment and hyper care
- Implement data governance for consent, privacy, data quality, deduplication/matching, anti-fraud and sanctions compliance
- Contribute to capability mapping, portfolio rationalization and build-vs-buy decisions; produce reference architectures and decisions records

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–7 years in solution/enterprise architecture or related roles in retail or consumer-facing organizations
- 2+ years hands-on software development (Java, .NET or similar)
- Strong knowledge of customer-domain capabilities (MDM, CRM, CDP, identity resolution, consent & preference management, segmentation/personalization, loyalty programs)
- Proficiency in REST, GraphQL, event-driven messaging (publish/subscribe), batch/ETL; experience with API gateways and contract-first design
- Experience integrating cloud and SaaS platforms; familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code is a plus
- Security and compliance mindset (OAuth2/OIDC, PII protection, RBAC, auditability, GDPR)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to align business and technical stakeholders
- Very good command of English; German is a plus
