Overview
In this role you will help shape Panasonic’s transfer pricing framework across Europe and beyond. You will work with cross-functional teams to align pricing with financial objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits and reporting. You’ll lead regional and international tax projects, including Pillar II, coordinating with HQ and external consultants. This is an opportunity to contribute to a general tax strategy in a large multinational and make an impact on compliance and value creation.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies aligned with financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations
- Analyze intercompany transactions and document transfer pricing methodologies
- Identify and mitigate transfer pricing risks through planning and documentation
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation and reports
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and tax teams to ensure strategy alignment
- Support transfer pricing audits and provide documentation to authorities
- Coordinate regional and international tax projects (Pillar II, EU Public CbCR) and monitor regulatory changes
- Coordinate with EU tax teams and HQ tax team on international aspects
- Ensure timely submission of Pillar II returns/forms for EU countries in scope
Requisitos principales
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, international taxation, or related areas
- In-depth knowledge of international transfer pricing regulations and tax laws; familiarity with OECD guidelines a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with financial analysis and modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail for tax documentation
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and adapt to changing needs
- High ethical standards and integrity in transfer pricing activities
- English language skills essential
- Experience in multinational corporation or consulting is advantageous
- Master’s degree or CPA/CA preferred but not required
