In this Lead Expert, Digital Quality Management role you will drive transformative digital quality solutions to elevate Quality Management across the organization. You willPartner with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape strategic digital QMS and LIMS initiatives, aligning them with business goals and digital transformation priorities. You will ensure compliant GxP environments while enabling data-driven decision-making and streamlined operations. Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user requirements into functional specs and business impact
- Manage the digital quality backlog and Quality Roadmap to deliver value across QMS, LIMS, and related systems
- Define and execute test cases, oversee UAT, and ensure usability, reliability, and performance
- Ensure solutions comply with GxP, data privacy, and security standards
- Configure and support quality-focused applications (QMS, LIMS),



including troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business to analyze and optimize processes, reduce technical debt, and maintain architectural consistency
- Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, SOPs, and design specifications
- Coordinate product-related communication and manage stakeholder expectations across the organization
- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of delivering Digital Quality Control systems and tools
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and processes (batch mgmt., inspections, audits, CAPA/Non-Conformance) and optimization
- Experience in digital solutioning for Quality Management and data migrations (SAP ECC and S/4Hana)
- Proven implementation of QMS solutions (Arena, Veeva, Trackwise Digital) and LIMS (Sample Manager, Labware)
- Good understanding of integrations with CDS, SAP modules and dependent processes (Procurement, SHE, Compliance)
- Experience in Agile environments
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and transparent
- Ability to work independently and in a team, travel flexibility
