In this role you will drive capital project execution within Mondelēz’s supply chain, ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to define budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions for capital investments. You’ll implement engineering standards and state-of-the-art processes to optimize resources and harmonize assets. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with real accountability for project outcomes and capital budgets.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, develop and execute capital projects to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity
- Develop and deliver the capital and technical agenda during project development
- Prepare capital budgets aligned with contracts and cash flowForecasts
- Ensure engineering developments and standards are properly implemented
- Support implementation of advanced processes and equipment strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (quality,
security, production, logistics, maintenance) and external suppliers
- Manage full project lifecycle: technical scope, capex, supplier negotiations, installation and commissioning
- Adhere to Mondelēz project management processes and standards
Requisitos principales
- 3-5 years of experience
- Factory experience is required
- Experience managing engineering projects end-to-end (technical scope, capex, supplier negotiation, project defence, installation and commissioning)
- Food or chemical industry experience preferred
