In this role, you will originate and execute greenfield, brownfield and M&A; initiatives to support strategic growth. You will screen markets for investment opportunities and lead target assessments, planning and valuation with key stakeholders. You’ll support strategic projects, formalize recommendations, and provide ad hoc analyses to inform the executive team. Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Finance
- 8–12 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M&A;), Management Consulting or Private Equity with deal origination experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Structured and analytical with strong business sense
- Ability to earn trust and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
