Overview

As Brand Designer at Preply, you lead end-to-end creative work for a fast-growing, unicorn-status brand. You craft high-impact visuals across multi-channel campaigns and help evolve the brand system while aligning with performance goals. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into compelling creative and explore AI-driven ideas at scale. This role suits a curious, proactive designer who shapes how the brand resonates globally and drives meaningful learner outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Design a high volume of creatives across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google ads), organic social, blog visuals, and OOH
- Translate data insights into creative optimizations to boost engagement and conversions
- Manage projects end-to-end from concept to delivery, ensuring clarity and timely delivery across markets
- Collaborate with growth marketers,



copywriters, motion designers, and other brand creatives for cohesive campaigns
- Maintain and push excellence in typography, layout, and storytelling within the brand system
- Research, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI tools to accelerate ideation, localization, and testing while upholding brand quality

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years of experience in brand and performance design in fast-moving B2C environments
- Experience with established brands or brand systems and balancing experimentation with consistency
- Expertise in typography, hierarchy, and layout
- Curious, proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience using AI as part of the creative process for ideation, production, localization, and testing
