In this role you drive revenue growth for ADM’s dietary supplements portfolio in the EMEA region, collaborating with Management & R&D; to tailor regional offerings. You partner with cross-functional teams to define commercial strategy, support product development, and deliver technical and application services. You engage in trade shows and work toward expanding the customer base while aligning with marketing and go-to-market plans. This position offers a hybrid setup with travel, shaping solutions for the health and wellness market across Europe.
Responsabilidades
- Achieve regional revenue and gross margin objectives
- Define regional commercial strategy based on market needs, consumer trends, and competitors’ landscape
- Collaborate with Management & R&D; to recommend and build the regional portfolio
- Develop short- and mid-term commercial plans to grow the dietary supplements customer portfolio
- Provide regional application support and leverage integral application structures
- Define and execute regional technical service support processes and organization
- Align regional go-to-market activities with marketing
- Attend fairs and trade shows
Requisitos principales
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales, marketing, or product management in probiotics/prebiotics/microorganisms for Dietary Supplements or Pharma
- Leadership experience in market development, product introduction, and project management
- Ability to collaborate across matrix or global organizations
- Fluent in English; Spanish, German, and/or French language skills are a plus
