Overview

In this role you will design, implement, and maintain backend services in Go, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions. You will enhance CI/CD with scalable runners and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes. You contribute to architecture discussions, write clean code, and participate in reviews to uphold quality. This position sits at the heart of Schwarz IT Barcelona, supporting Schwarz Group’s retail ecosystem and driving development and progress.

Responsabilidades

- Design, implement, and maintain Go-based backend services and tools
- Develop and optimize CI/CD with scalable runners
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot Docker/OCI images and containerized apps
- Work with Kubernetes to deploy, monitor, and manage applications
- Collaborate with engineers and product team to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

Requisitos principales





- Strong experience in Go for backend or platform development
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Gitlab CI, ArgoCD or similar)
- Proficiency in building Docker images with best practices
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with container runtime concepts and cloud-native workflows
- Good understanding of micro-services architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Clean Architecture and Design Pattern knowledge
- Experience with cloud providers
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
