In this Data Analyst role, you will extract, process, and analyze large data sets to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and people development. Design and maintain dashboards with real-time KPIs




Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights
Ensure data quality through cleansing and validation
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to support analytical needs
Automate recurring reporting to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Requisitos principales
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field
2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis xqbhyrx or business intelligence
Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Python for statistical analysis
English level B2/C1 for international collaboration
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
