In this role you will lead end-to-end digital campaigns focused on email and CLM, translating business needs into engaging, localized content that aligns with brand strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize engagement and commercial impact across European markets. You will use data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, while ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Responsabilidades
Design and execute end-to-end digital campaigns (email and CLM)
Create, localize, and optimize HTML emails and CLM presentations aligned with brand strategy
Adapt global materials to local market requirements
Act as SME in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Approved Email
Monitor campaign performance and generate data-driven insights




Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and feedback
Perform testing, monitoring, and quality control for timely delivery
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Data, Legal, IT and other teams across Europe
Support multiple brands across different European markets
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field
At least 4 years in digital activation, digital marketing, or content management with focus on email/multichannel campaigns
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or xqbhyrx Veeva CRM Approved Email
Solid understanding of campaign design, segmentation, personalization, automation, and performance tracking
Ability to work with data and metrics to drive optimization
Experience coordinating with stakeholders in cross-functional, international environments
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Fluent in English and Spanish
